WESCOTT CYBER CONSULTING (WC2), a division of Wescott Technology Services LLC, provides cybersecurity and digital evidence counseling and advice to businesses. WC2 does not provide legal services, but when necessary, works cooperatively with and assists legal counsel in offering clients full spectrum cybersecurity and digital evidence consulting.

WC2 focuses on small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) because this sector has an acute need for cost-effective cybersecurity and digital evidence counseling. While businesses of all sizes need effective cybersecurity, SMBs are at particular risk because hackers and other cyber criminals correctly see SMBs as comparatively easy targets of opportunity, and are increasingly and aggressively attacking these businesses. At the same time, the cybersecurity industry as a whole has been slow to focus attention and effort on SMBs despite the critical role they play in strengthening the nation’s overall cybersecurity posture.

Similarly, our background and previous experience in law firm management and handling cybersecurity and digital evidence issues for small and medium sized law firms fuels our focus on this particular business segment.

While achieving cybersecurity does require focus and commitment, it does not have to be mystifying or painfully expensive. We strive to provide cybersecurity advice and counseling that is intelligible, actionable, cost-conscious and effective. To this end, we offer reasonable fees and provide flexible billing structures, including hourly, flat fee and project-based billing methods.
